Inspired by the tastes of the south Indian state of Kerala, this chutney blends plantains and coconuts with an array of spices.
Flavoured with lots of roasted cardamom and a little heat from black peppercorns, it’s the ideal accompaniment to cold meats or is great as a pickle with your poppadoms. (Vegan & Gluten Free).
