Kevin and Lisa founded Springfield Kitchen in 2014 after spending nine years breathing new life into the forgotten garden of their new home.
Providing an exquisite range of jams, marmalades, chutneys and pickles, Springfield Kitchen uses 100% natural ingredients, some of which are grown in their now thriving garden (you can’t get more local than that!).
All products contain no artificial flavourings, colours or preservatives and the majority are suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans (though please be sure to check specific products).
Over the last four years, Springfield Kitchen has won and been nominated for a number of prestigious awards including categories within the World Marmalade Awards; Midlands Food, Drink & Hospitality Awards; Muddy Stiletto Awards; Great Taste Awards and more. From day one, Springfield Kitchen set out to create award-winning natural chutneys and preserves, using imaginative flavours and seasonal tastes, and that’s exactly what its done, and continues to do!
