Nanna’s Christmas Pudding

Nanna’s Christmas Pudding is a small, seasonal business founded and run by husband and wife team Paul and Holly Clayton. Using the recipe passed down from their Great Grandmother, better known as Nanna, the couple now make the award-winning puddings in small batches from their very own kitchen in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.

Proud winners of Great Taste awards from the Guild of Fine Food in 2013 and 2014, the slow-steamed puddings contain local ingredients such as flour milled from Stotfold Water Mill and eggs from neighbouring free-range farms. Other ingredients come from further afield, including Californian raisins and plump Greek currants, but all blend together superbly to create the perfect Christmas pudding.
